Tutors must create and maintain an accurate profile, including qualifications and expertise. Tutors are required to prepare adequately for sessions, provide quality instruction, and maintain professional behavior. Tutors must adhere to the agreed schedule and notify students in advance if changes are necessary.

Students must provide accurate information when creating a profile. Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time, being prepared for sessions, and providing honest feedback. Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated promptly to the tutor.

Both tutors and students are expected to adhere to scheduled session times. If a cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, it must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension or termination.

Users must not misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, introducing viruses or other harmful material, or using the platform for fraudulent purposes. Any misuse will result in immediate termination of access.

Both tutors and students agree to keep all information shared during sessions confidential. This includes personal information, session content, and any proprietary materials.

Users may provide feedback and reviews of tutors and sessions. TeachBuddies reserves the right to moderate and remove any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or not relevant.

The TeachBuddies platform may contain links to third-party websites. TeachBuddies is not responsible for the content or practices of these websites. Users access linked websites at their own risk.

TeachBuddies reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any user who violates these terms and conditions. Upon termination, all rights granted to the user will cease immediately.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeachBuddies operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
